Club Affiliation fee of $34.70 plus up to $44.30 may be charged based on your affiliation status:

• $0: If registered with PSA for Senior soccer
• $34.70: If registered with another LSL club
• $34.70 + $22.23: If registered outside LSL region
• $34.70 + $44.30: If Adult Soccer is your only program
